Do managers and employees in Switzerland identify themselves with their work? Would they recommend their employer? What makes a Swiss company attractive in the eyes of employees? And is there soon also direct democracy in the selection of the own leader?
Together with Persorama and jobs.ch Information Factory was exploring those and other important questions in the study 'Schweiz führt?!'.
The survey was carried out in Switzerlang. In total participated 2414 persons: 1353 employees without management responsibility, 788 managers and 273 HR managers.
