Zug relies on integrating portal solution

In January 2020, the Canton of Zug will introduce NEST, a new administrative solution for taxes.

In order to continue to provide citizens with services on the Internet as self-service, the previous tax portal will be replaced by a solution from Information Factory.

The new portal solution integrates services of the administration system (NEST) and offers a maximum of flexibility regarding configuration and expandability. New services can be integrated and posted on the portal without the need for a great deal of support from the IT department.

The portal can be used by citizens via desktop / laptop computers, but also via tablet and smartphone. It is barrier-free as well.
