For our client, a major international bank based in Switzerland, all customer forms get reviewed and confirmed annually.
Project target
The goal of the project was to reproduce the process of form validation, update and approval in a revision-proof manner without media breaks
Provide customer service representatives with a central location where all audited forms are available
Due to very tight deadlines, the solution had to be implemented within 1.5 months
